Do you find yourself struggling to get motivated, even when you have big visions or goals? You’re not alone. So many of us have these dips in motivation because motivation is a feeling just like being happy or sad. It can be frustrating though!
The good news is there are strategies that you can use to help boost your motivation and get back on track. When this happens to me I like to try and find the root of it. What is causing me to have this feeling? Just as I would do if I was feeling sad or stressed. I also like to leave myself encouraging notes because they help my motivation. They give me that extra little boost I need to feel successful!
Struggling to find motivation is a common experience but remember there are things you can do to help tackle it!
