This weeks challenge is going to be a rough one! But first, Happy Halloween! Bowls of candy around the house make it so easy to just grab a quick treat. Now there is nothing wrong with eating a treat now and again but when it comes to Halloween we usually have TONS of candy around.
This leads to many little treats instead of the occasional ones!
The challenge this week is to limit your Halloween candy intake to ONE PIECE a day! No more! Just one, choose wisely haha
This little challenge can be the start of a good habit where you are able to indulge in a little treat without going overboard. It also helps a bit because Halloween candy is usually on the smaller end and individually wrapped!
