I know the picture here is the salsa over scallops and before you click away because you just aren’t that into seafood, know that this salsa goes well with just about anything!
I absolutely love it over scallops but also use it for shredded chicken tacos!
Avocado Mango Strawberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 large mango
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 large avocado
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- salt
Instructions
- Dice the fruit and avocado and put In a large bowl.
- Top with lime juice and zest, basil, avocado oil, and salt. mix together.
