Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Diced Carrots
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the skillet and set it aside.
- While the turkey is cooking, shred the cabbage and dice the carrots and onion.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add the diced carrots and onions to the skillet and sauté until they are almost tender.
- Next, add the shredded cabbage to the skillet.
- Return the cooked ground turkey to the skillet.
- Pour chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze the pan.
