Corn on the cob time! One of my favorite foods in summer is corn on the cob and thankfully my kids agree! It makes summer grilling so much easier! Now that we have the griddle grill it makes throwing the corn on so much easier. There is so much grill space!
One of my favorite parts of grilling corn on the cob is experimenting with different flavors to put on it! This one is garlic and lime infused with some butter that you brush on during grilling.
The lime zest really pops!
You can definitely season with salt as it is coming off the grill. It will help bring out all the flavors!
Garlic Lime Corn On The Cob
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Mix together butter, lime juice and zest, and crushed garlic.
- Heat grill to medium high heat.
- Brush butter mixture onto the corn. Leave some to the side to brush on during grilling.
- Rotate when you start seeing dark spots on the corn, about 2-3 minutes a side.
- Continue brushing on mixture until there is none left.
