I was looking for a new dressing for our Greek Salads and just wanted something a little different. This time I decided to throw some feta right into the dressing and it did not disappoint!
Lemon Feta Vinaigrette
Equipment
- 1 immersion blender
Ingredients
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Primal Palate Super Gyro
- 1 clove garlic, small
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and use immersion blender until smooth
