Greek Vinaigrette

By now you know how much I LOVE making my own dressing! It really helps me creativity flow which I love!

For this one I use the Super Gyro seasoning from Primal Palate but you can totally use any type of mediterranean seasoning. I like making a big batch of this and storing it altogether in the fridge for a few hours before I portion it out in my meal preps! When using it for salads during the week I will make it they day before. The longer it sits the more flavor comes out!

Greek Vinaigrette

Course Dressings
Servings 9 tbsp

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp mediterranean seasoning
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large jar and shake!

10g fat, 1g carbs, 0g protein
Each serving is 1 tbsp
