So many weekends come and go and I always have these grand ideas for delicious lunch recipes. The problem is sometimes I just don’t have time and need something quick. This recipe does just that!
I put this together in less than 30 minutes, including clean up! It is a total win if you want a healthy, delicious lunch but are really short on time!
For this recipe I went with sour cream but you can totally sub it for guacamole if you’d prefer or just avocado!
Turkey Taco Salad Lunch Prep
Ingredients
- 1 lb raw ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning packet
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 large mango
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Brown the turkey and drain the fat. Mix in the water and taco seasoning, according to package.
- Divide all ingredients among 5 containers
