Turkey Taco Salad (Lunch Meal Prep)

So many weekends come and go and I always have these grand ideas for delicious lunch recipes. The problem is sometimes I just don’t have time and need something quick. This recipe does just that!

I put this together in less than 30 minutes, including clean up! It is a total win if you want a healthy, delicious lunch but are really short on time!

For this recipe I went with sour cream but you can totally sub it for guacamole if you’d prefer or just avocado!

Turkey Taco Salad Lunch Prep

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning packet
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • Brown the turkey and drain the fat. Mix in the water and taco seasoning, according to package.
  • Divide all ingredients among 5 containers
