A Simple Resource To Help Increase Your Movement

Welcome back to another challenge!

This week we are going to focus on increasing our movement! Making an intention to move your body a little more each day is a great way to build a habit.

We are going to focus on stretching for 10 minutes a day. You can break it up and do 2 five minute sessions or you can do it all at once. For this challenge you can do your own stretching or do some yoga! I love using Down Dog for my yoga! They have great videos with so many different customizations to help meet my needs!
