A Small Change For Lasting Results

And we are back for another weekly challenge! I love working on different aspects of health during these challenges. This week we are going to focus on our nutrition.

Our goal this week is to eat at LEAST 3 servings of vegetables a day. Now don’t write this challenge off as easy. Life can get busy and it is easy to forget to eat vegetables! My biggest piece of advice is carry around raw vegetables with you that you can pull out for a snack!

You can aim for any vegetable you like. I would try and spread out the types of vegetables you eat. Different color vegetables give you different nutrients that your body needs!
