We are back for another weekly challenge and this time we are going to focus on drinking water. Now before you roll your eyes to another water drinking challenge I promise I am not challenging you to drink insane amounts of water and water only!
For this challenge you are going to drink water with your meals this week. You can replace your current beverage with just water or you can add in water to that meal as well.
The point of these challenges aren’t to be so incredible hard. The point is to help gear you towards making healthy choices and build habits!
