Another week and another challenge! Are you ready to drink water?
This week we are focusing on prioritizing water. In this challenge you are not trying to drink a certain amount . The goal is to be intentional about choosing water and making sure you are drinking it every day.
Examples of this can be:
- Replacing something you drink at lunch or dinner with water instead
- Carrying a water bottle with you
- Drinking water at all your meals
