Are You Drinking Water?

Another week and another challenge! Are you ready to drink water?

This week we are focusing on prioritizing water. In this challenge you are not trying to drink a certain amount . The goal is to be intentional about choosing water and making sure you are drinking it every day.

Examples of this can be:

  • Replacing something you drink at lunch or dinner with water instead
  • Carrying a water bottle with you
  • Drinking water at all your meals
