Let’s dive into another weekly challenge, shall we?
This one is pretty cut and dry, you are going to be replacing one of your normal daily snacks with either fruit or vegetables. If you want to be really crazy, you can have both!
This challenge may seem simple enough but don’t down play the effects it can have. We don’t need to make large drastic changes in order to see results. In fact making smaller changes and turning them into habits can have much bigger results!
To help you be successful with this one you can cut up fruits and vegetables so they are ready to just grab and go. This will make it easier for you to choose it as an option, especially when you are trying to get out the door!
