It’s All About The Burpees

Are you ready for burpees! Don’t panic you can totally handle this one!

Your challenge this week is to do as many burpees as you can in 1 minute. You are going to do this every day for a week! Your goal is to try and beat your score each day!

Now there are so many variations of burpees and you can modify them to completely suit your needs. The goal is to be successful and move your body so do what you need to be able to complete the challenge!

When you are done use the image below to share your results on Instagram. Don’t forget to tag me so I can see how you did!

Remember this is a challenge for you to compete against yourself. This is why I am not giving you a specific goal to hit. I want you to do as many as you can in that minute and then try your hardest to keep beating it!
