I am so excited for this weeks challenge! A lot of times when I do these myself I have my kids join in, when they can. This vegetable challenge they for sure can join in on!
This week I am challenging you to eat an addition serving of vegetables each day. Just 1 extra serving. You can add it to a meal or have a veggie snack. Whatever it is, you just need to eat another serving over what you usually eat!
