Starting The Day With A Positive Vibe

Starting your day with something positive can make a huge impact on your day. You don’t have to dedicate a ton of time to this weeks challenge. Don’t look at it as adding something else to your already overflowing plate.

This is a short task of thinking of good things about yourself. You can just say the positive thoughts while looking in the mirror or write them down somewhere. I love doing this because it helps remind me of all the things I love about myself. Sometimes it can get easy to get wrapped up in the negative.

We have to actively work on talking about ourselves in a better way. There are messages all around us on TV and social media that make us feel bad about ourselves and we shouldn’t! Working on being more positive helps us feel better about ourselves.
