Starting With A Small Nutrition Goal

We are back with another weekly challenge! I so hope you are ready, I know I am. I love having little challenges like these because they help keep me focused. They also open my eyes to new parts of my wellness journey that I want to focus on! This week we are going to focus on nutrition! Each week I like to focus on a different aspect of wellness!

For this challenge though I don’t want you to take on too much at once. This is why we are focusing on one thing. If you are just starting this journey that is fantastic and choose something you want to stick with for the week. Start smaller though, maybe like drinking enough water or adding a vegetable into a meal or snack.

If you are already on a wellness journey or have started a diet this challenge can still be beneficial for you. Choose something you haven’t done yet with your nutrition and commit to doing it for a week. This could be something like cutting out a specific processed food you are eating or cooking dinner an additional night each week. You could plan your meals for the week or make lunch instead of buy.

Whatever you choose to do it should be something that is a challenge because that is the whole point but not something so completely drastic that you will end up quitting 2 days in.

My goal this week is going to be to focus on adding in more vegetables during my meals. I always have veggies throughout the day but want to focus on adding more during my breakfast!
