Preheat oven to 375 ̊. Heat pan. Then add 1 tbsp of avocado oil.
Season both sides of chicken generously with salt.
Place in pan, away from you. After about 3 minutes turn the chicken over.
Add in 4 crushed garlic cloves and the fresh herbs. After another 3 minutes turn the chicken back over to original side and place in oven.
Cook until internal temp is 165 ̊ it should be like 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breast.
Make chimichurri. Put the 6 garlic cloves, basil, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar and olive oil into a food processor until blended together but still chunky.
