Ingredients

chicken breast

BBQ sauce

butter
fresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 ̊. Heat pan. Then add 1 tbsp of avocado oil.
Season both sides of chicken generously with salt.
Place in pan, away from you and skin side down (if it has the skin on) After about 3 minutes turn the chicken over.
Add in 4 crushed garlic cloves and Fresh Thyme. After another 3 minutes turn the chicken back over to original side.
Add In butter and once melted spoon over the chicken to baste.
Put in oven
Cook until internal temp is 165 ̊ it should be like 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breast.
Drizzle BBQ sauce on top of chicken.
