Ingredients

avocado oil

bok choy, chopped

scallions, chopped
Instructions
Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and sherry.
Add avocado oil to pan when hot. Then add garlic until fragrant.
Add steak and cook just until browned. Then remove from heat and add sauce.
Add bok choy and scallions to the pan and saute for about 4-5 minutes.
Put steak back In and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
