Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Prep the bake: Place the feta in the center of a baking dish. Surround it with cherry tomatoes, add garlic, and tear basil over the top. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the feta is golden and tomatoes are soft.
  • Cook the pasta and chicken: While baking, cook and drain the tortellini. Shred the cooked chicken.
  • Make the sauce: Once baked, mash the feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce with a fork.
  • Combine: Add tortellini, chicken, and parmesan to the dish. Mix well and serve.
