Garlic Lime Corn On The Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 lime juice and zest
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Mix together butter, lime juice and zest, and crushed garlic.
  • Heat grill to medium high heat.
  • Brush butter mixture onto the corn. Leave some to the side to brush on during grilling.
  • Rotate when you start seeing dark spots on the corn, about 2-3 minutes a side.
  • Continue brushing on mixture until there is none left.
