Parmesan Crusted Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
  • Scramble the eggs
  • Coat the chicken in egg and then cover with breadcrumb mixture
  • Discard any extra egg and breadcrumbs
  • Preheat air fryer to 370° and cook for about 15 minutes. Cook time will vary depending on thickness of the chicken. Internal temperature should be 165°
