Spinach Feta Egg Scramble

Ingredients

spinach

feta cheese

eggs

egg white

avocado, diced
avocado spray
salt
Instructions
Spray a medium pan with avocado spray. When hot add the spinach and saute with salt. Saute for about 2 minutes.
Then add 2 eggs and 1 egg white. Scramble all together and continue until eggs are cooked.
Remove from heat and add in 1 tbsp of feta. Mix together for another minute.
Transfer to a bowl and top with avocado.
