Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚
Diced the zucchini and rice the cauliflower. You can also buy the cauliflower already riced! (Look in the veggie section!)
Scramble the 10 eggs. Add a little salt and pepper to the eggs.
Heat a nonstick oven safe pan. Add 1 tbsp of oil. Once hot mince 4 cloves of garlic. Saute until fragrant.
Add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Saute until a bit soft.
Add turkey and mix together
Add eggs and mix until eggs evenly coat veggies and turkey
Set the heat to low and cook until it starts to set, then move into the oven for about 16-18 minutes.
